Security
Create a key per integration and give it only the scopes it needs, for example reading reports without the right to buy numbers. Set an expiry date, and restrict the key to a list of IP addresses or web domains. Responses report how many requests you have left.

SMS
Send to one number or up to 100 in a single request, schedule delivery for later, and pass an idempotency key so a retried request never sends twice. List the routes available to you, then check each message's delivery status by its ID.

No. OVOKY does not push events to your systems. To stay in sync, poll the endpoints you need, such as call interactions or SMS status, within your rate limits.
Create an API key in your workspace settings, choose its scopes, and send it as a bearer token in the Authorization header. Only users with the API key permission can create or manage keys.
By default each key can make 60 requests per minute, 3,600 per hour and 50,000 per day. Responses include the limit and the requests remaining, and a request over the limit gets a Retry-After header.
Not today. The API covers the areas listed on this page: account data, interactions, recordings, voicemails, numbers, calendar events, reports and SMS. Contacts are imported in the app by CSV, and campaigns are managed there too.
The documentation shows each endpoint in cURL, JavaScript and Python. Any language that can make HTTP requests and read JSON works with the API.
