Call scripts

Every agent asks the right question. In the right order.

Scripts open in the CRM during the call, from a sales pitch to a support checklist, and branch on what the contact says. Answers typed into the script are saved to the contact, and the AI builder writes a first version from what you sell.

3
how it works

Branching call scripts that save the contact's answers to the record, with an AI builder that drafts them from your offer.

  1. Branching

Each step holds what the agent says and the answer buttons that lead to the next step. The agent clicks the contact's answer and the script jumps to the right branch. Merge variables fill in the contact's name, city or email, and the agent's own name.

    • Colored answer buttons that branch to any step
    • Merge variables from the contact and the agent
    • One script per outbound or inbound campaign
    • Only active scripts can be linked, so drafts stay out of live calls
  2. Answer fields

Add fields to any step: free text, a number, a list of options, yes or no, or a date. Map each one to a standard contact field or a custom field. When the script ends, the answers are saved to the contact and a note records the path taken.

    • Five field types: text, number, select, yes/no and date
    • Answers saved to standard or custom contact fields
    • A note on the timeline with each step and answer
    • Project FAQ and objection rebuttals searchable beside the script
  3. AI builder

Describe the call and pick a project. The AI builder reads the project's offering, value points, objections, call goals, FAQ and documents, then writes a branching script with answer fields. On an existing script it rewrites one step, suggests answer buttons or reconnects the branches so objections lead back into the main flow.

    • Generate a full script from a short brief
    • Improve one step without touching the rest
    • Suggest answers and rewire the branches
    • Add up to five PDF, Word, text or Markdown files as extra context

Call scripts: questions

Short answers to what teams ask us most. Something else on your mind? Talk to us

  • A branching script changes path depending on what the contact answers. Instead of reading one long text, the agent clicks the answer they heard and the script shows the step that fits it.

  • In the Script tab of the CRM, next to the contact form and the conversation timeline. The script linked to the campaign loads with the call.

  • Yes. Each answer field can be mapped to a standard contact field or a custom field. When the agent finishes the script, the values are saved to the contact and a note with the path and answers is added to the timeline.

  • Your request, plus the project you select: what you sell, who you sell to, value points, objections and rebuttals, call goals, FAQ, notes and documents. You can also add up to five files for one generation. Their text is read for that request and the files are not stored.

  • Yes. The generated script opens in the builder, where you change any step, field or answer before you activate it. You can also ask the AI to improve a single step later.
