For collections and retention
Callbacks kept, rules applied, agreements signed.
Collections and retention run on follow-through. OVOKY puts due callbacks in front of the right person, records outcomes in disposition trees you design, blocks numbers on your do-not-call list, sends reminders by SMS or email and gets a payment plan signed while the customer is still on the line.

What gets in the way today
- 01
Promised callbacks slip through the cracks
Someone agrees to call back Thursday at 4 pm, then Thursday gets busy. The customer waits, the promise breaks and the account gets harder to recover.
- 02
I can't show that we followed the rules
When a complaint or an audit arrives, you need to show who was called, when, how often and whether the call was recorded. Pulling that from three systems takes days.
- 03
Agreements stall after a good call
The customer agrees to a payment plan on the phone, then the paperwork goes out by post or as a PDF to print. By the time it comes back, if it does, the moment has passed.
- event types in each e-signature audit trail
- 18
- ready-made reports, including callback compliance
- 32
Callback tracking, disposition trees, do-not-call blocking, reminders by SMS or email and e-signature for payment plans, on one record per customer.
Callbacks and outcomes
A scheduled callback is stored on the contact with its time and a note. When it falls due, its owner gets an alert with a one-click redial, and in dialer campaigns due callbacks are served before fresh leads. Outcomes go into disposition trees you build, with sub-statuses as deep as your process needs.
- Callbacks with date, time and notes on the contact record
- Due-callback alerts in the workspace
- Disposition trees with categories and sub-statuses
- Callback compliance report: scheduled versus honored, per agent
Calling rules and evidence
Each campaign sets its calling windows, a maximum number of attempts per contact and a delay between retries. Numbers on your do-not-call list are blocked before they are dialed. Recording is switched on per campaign, and a report shows the share of connected calls that were actually recorded.
- Several calling windows per day, in the campaign's time zone
- Maximum attempts and minimum delay between retries per campaign
- Do-not-call list enforced at dial time, plus file cleanup before import
- Compliance reports: DNC calls, out-of-hours dials, abandon rate and recording coverage
Agreements and reminders
Send an agreement from the contact's record while the customer is still on the line. They confirm a code sent by email or SMS, sign on their phone, and you receive a sealed PDF with a timestamp and a full audit trail. A reminder by SMS or email before the first due date goes out from the same record.
- Reusable templates, with several PDFs per envelope
- Signer check by email or SMS code
- Sealed PDF (PAdES) with an RFC 3161 timestamp and an audit trail of 18 event types
- Payment reminders by SMS or email, sent now or scheduled

Each callback is stored on the contact with a date, a time and a note. The person who owns it gets an alert when it falls due, dialer campaigns serve due callbacks before fresh leads, and the callback compliance report compares scheduled and honored callbacks per agent.
Yes. Each campaign sets a maximum number of attempts per contact, a minimum delay between attempts and the hours when calls may be placed. Contacts with statuses you choose, such as a signed plan or a dispute, can be skipped entirely.
OVOKY provides a simple electronic signature under the EU eIDAS regulation, not a qualified one. Each signed document is sealed with a timestamp and an audit trail. Whether a simple electronic signature is enough for a given agreement depends on the contract and the jurisdiction, so check with your legal team.
Only the people you allow. Listening to recordings and downloading them are separate permissions, and visibility scopes limit each person to their own calls, their team's or the whole account.
No. OVOKY records calls per campaign and reports on recording coverage. Supervisors can listen, whisper or barge in on live calls, and the optional AI live coach guides agents during the call.
OVOKY gives you the controls: calling windows, attempt limits, a do-not-call list, recording and reports that show how they were applied. Which rules apply to your portfolio depends on your country and sector, and confirming them stays with you and your advisers.
