For insurance and financial services
Clients reach the right adviser. Contracts come back signed.
Brokers, agencies, insurers and financial advisers handle claims questions, renewals and new business by phone, message and email. OVOKY routes each call to the right team, keeps one history per client, records the calls you choose and sends contracts for e-signature from the client's record, with access limited to the people who need it.

What gets in the way today
- 01
Clients go around in circles on the phone
A claims question lands with the sales desk, a renewal question with claims. Every transfer costs the client time and makes a stressful call worse.
- 02
Renewals and follow-ups depend on memory
Renewal dates, unsigned quotes and promised callbacks sit in personal notes and calendars. When an adviser is out, the follow-up waits with them.
- 03
We need to show what was agreed, and keep it private
When a client disputes what was said, you need the call recording, the signed document and the history of contacts. Pulling that together from several tools takes days, and not everyone should see it.
- permissions in 16 groups
- 59
- visibility scopes: own, team and account
- 3
- event types in each e-signature audit trail
- 18
Route client calls to the right team, run renewal follow-ups, record the calls you choose and get contracts signed online, with access set per adviser.
Calls and routing
A phone menu sorts callers by need before anyone picks up, and queues ring the advisers with the skills and languages each line requires. Callers can ask for a callback instead of waiting, and out-of-hours callers can leave a voicemail.
- Visual phone menu with business hours and holiday dates
- Queues with required skills and languages
- Callback from the queue at the press of a key
- Voicemails listed with the caller, campaign and queue
Renewals and follow-up
Load a renewal list into a preview campaign so each adviser sees the client's record before the call. Outcomes go into disposition trees you design, callbacks land on the adviser's calendar, and quotes go out by email with the attachment. A scheduled SMS reminds the client before the appointment.
- Preview campaigns, with the client's record open before the call
- Disposition trees and callbacks with date, time and note
- Quotes by email through your own mail server, with open tracking
- SMS reminders sent now or scheduled
Records and access
Switch recording on for the campaigns that need it and decide who may listen to or download recordings. Visibility scopes limit each adviser to their own clients, their team's or the whole account. Contracts and mandates are sent for e-signature and come back as sealed PDFs with an audit trail.
- Recording per campaign, with listening and download as separate permissions
- Visibility scopes: own, team or account
- 59 permissions in 16 groups, with reusable templates
- Sealed PDF (PAdES) with an RFC 3161 timestamp and an audit trail of 18 event types

OVOKY does not hold industry certifications and cannot make your processes compliant on its own. It gives you controls such as recording per campaign, permissions and visibility scopes, a do-not-call list, calling windows and audit trails on signed documents. Which rules apply to your business, and how to meet them, is for you and your compliance team to decide.
Yes. Each person gets a role, a set of permissions and a visibility scope: their own records, their team's or the whole account. Listening to recordings and downloading them are separate permissions.
OVOKY provides a simple electronic signature under the EU eIDAS regulation, not a qualified one, with a sealed PDF, a timestamp and an audit trail. Some contracts call for a higher level of signature, so check with your legal or compliance team which documents it suits.
No. Preview campaigns show each client's record before the call starts, and advisers can also dial manually from the CRM. Predictive dialing is there for high-volume campaigns if you need it later.
No. OVOKY records calls on the campaigns where you switch recording on and reports on recording coverage, but it does not transcribe or score calls.
There is no ready-made connector to policy administration or CRM software. Contacts come in by CSV import, and the public API lets you pull calls, recordings, SMS and reports into another system.
